Today the Electronic Frontier Foundation sent comments to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office regarding the PTO's proposed revised rules for conducting patent reexaminations. It's encouraging that the PTO is seeking to improve this important process for challenging issued patents, and asked the public to submit comments.
